to reserve the accommodation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.

- If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, a refund of the deposit minus $100 will be given.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, deposit will not be refunded unless the dates can be rented.
